Projektbeschreibung der*des Nominierenden
| Professor Heinz is an international authority in high-energy nuclear physics. He has made seminal contributions to the development of a theory of dissipative relativistic fluid dynamics, and he has applied this theory to study the collective flow of matter created in high-energy collisions of atomic nuclei and to extract transport properties of the quark-gluon plasma. During his stay in Germany, he intends to develop a model of dissipative relativistic magneto-hydrodynamics. |
